Payment Processing

SamCart - Great for creating simple, attractive online checkout pages

Stripe - If I'm setting up ecommerce sites in Squarespace, I typically use Stripe to process payments

Paypal - Easy way to take one-off online payments for a flat fee

Square - For in-person payments I process at events

Quickbooks - Invoicing my one-on-one clients (I use their "self-employed" product)

 

Website - Hosting & domain registration

I use all three of these companies for hosting and domain registration. My favorite option is Bluehost, and if I have a choice I typically always host new websites with them. Sometimes, clients come to me on a different host or a requirement to use a certain host -- so I use that one. These are all solid options with good support teams! I will put together a post soon that compares all three, with lots more detail.
